A short, honest look at the little a phone call hands over — and everything it leaves untouched.
Last updated: August 2026.
Asheville Porta Potty keeps this website up so folks around Asheville can call in for a porta potty quote. You won't find a cart, an account or a web form here; whatever comes next, it's a call to (828) 888-0822.
During the call we'll ask where the unit goes, be that the River Arts District or a ridge road out toward Weaverville, then your dates and a rough idea of the crowd. That's all we use to book and service your rental, and it stays with us and nowhere else.
The host this site runs on logs the routine technical bits — IP address, browser type, which pages opened — to keep abuse out and stay online, and any traffic it counts folds into aggregate totals, never a picture of you.
Our own cookies run from minimal to none; when a page shows a map it reaches Google Maps, and some layouts draw type from Google Fonts, each handed only what it needs to load. Switch cookies off and the number to call is still sitting in plain view.
The phone rings through a fulfillment partner, and they write your delivery into the route, meaning a living person is responsible for the order rather than a line. They see the order and nothing more; we never sell, rent or pass your details along for someone else's purposes.
North Carolina hasn't passed a broad consumer-privacy law, so there's no state form to file. You're still free to ask what booking details we're holding and have them corrected or deleted — and since we work phone-only and travel light, there's rarely much on hand. Call (828) 888-0822 and we'll take care of it.
Everything on this site is aimed at adults arranging a rental; none of it is directed at children, and we don't knowingly gather a single detail from anyone under 13.
Any time we revise this policy, the date at the top shifts with it, and the updated wording is live the moment it posts.
Got a question about anything above? Pick up the phone and dial (828) 888-0822 — that beats every other route. For the record, the address on file is 15 Marble Depot Ln, Asheville, NC 28803.
Consider this page general background only, not legal advice. The operator of this website does business publicly as Asheville Porta Potty throughout Buncombe County.
Dial (828) 888-0822 and the drop, the service stops and the pickup are set across Asheville and the surrounding North Carolina area before the call ends.
